Timetable Pilates classes

Due to small class sizes prior booking is essential with Bodywise Derby

A health questionnaire must be completed before starting the Pilates class.

Pilates Classes with Bodywise Derby at Littleover Methodist Church, Derby (LMC)

Classes run in half term blocks of 6 or 7 weeks and payment is per half term block.

Apologies, we don't give refunds for classes missed, however, you can switch classes and make up classes at a later date.

We try and be flexible to support and encourage your attendance.

Classes are approximately 50 mins and £8.50 per class

 

Online Pilates Classes with Bodywise Derby;

We have 3 classes a week, all on Zoom ;

Monday evening 7pm, 40 mins- bone loading and strengthening 

we use hang weights and resistance bands

 

Wednesday 8.30 am, 30 mins -  gentle movement and stretch , to work on your flexibility.

The aim is to just move and stretch and enjoy the feeling of lengthening and opening the body.

Great at the start or end of your day.

 

Thursday 8.30 am, 40 mins - Pilates class using kit eg hogs / foam rollers / balls and bands, but you can do it without.

We use the Pilates kit !!! Great variety, fun and challenge. You can do it without the kit to reduce the challenge if you wish to.

 

Recorded to do anytime 

 All classes are recorded for you to access on a private facebook group, whenever is convenient.

 

Prices 

All 3  classes  £8 per week, payable per half term block

Get the best of both worlds!

 Do a live class in Littleover and the online classes also;

  4 classes a week for £13.50 per week
