Your post natal programme will incorporate exercises appropriate to your birth experience and level of recovery and fitness.

Each session lasts one hour, with a Pilates home exercise programme.
It will be great to slot you into regular Pilates classes when you are ready
Current guidelines support post natal exercise for the benefits to both you and your baby.
However, there are some instances where exercise is contraindicated.
Pilates is not a substitute for medical treatment and referral to your GP/ women's health physiotherapist may be advised.
