Pilates Classes are £8.50 per class payable in a half term block.

Apologies refunds and reductions are not given for classes missed. You can however, switch to an alternative class if that is convenient, or make up the class missed another week.

 

Pilates Therapy

Individual Pilates sessions are planned with you according to your needs and goals.

A home exercise Pilates based Programme  is provided and will be updated with you as you progress.

Initial consultation - 1 hour £50

Follow up sessions £45 pay as you go
